We ship within the United States.
Retail orders
Shipping is free on every retail order, with no minimum. Free shipping is applied at checkout — you will see it before you pay.
Wholesale orders
Authorized retailers are charged shipping at cost:
- USPS Priority, insured — $20 on orders up to $409; $25 on orders from $409 to $500.
- FedEx — $35, available on any order.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you need a different carrier, or want us to bill your own account number, call us before placing the order.
Processing time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 2 business days. Transit time depends on the method you select at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received one within 3 business days of ordering, email us.
Signature on delivery
Orders over $1,000 require a signature on delivery. We cannot waive this — it is a condition of the insurance that covers your package in transit.
Insurance
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If a package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it further and contact us the same day.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within 2 hours — once a package ships we cannot reroute it, and a reshipment is charged at cost.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. Authorized retailers should see Trade Returns for the Starter Case Guarantee and Inventory Balancing.
